Yeah, it DOES make you look better. It's very very complicated Photoshop techniques. If you truly want to learn, look up some photoshop lessons online, that's how I learned to use Photoshop :D

Eh, not quite. It just makes us look faker, if you know what that means, lol. It's a tool that models use in the industry to make us look flawless. But let's say if a person is already ugly...then no, that does not help them look prettier, lol >_<"
