yea, i got third place in the last hottest girl contest, but no award for that, i have 3 too, same as ashlie

I like the awards but I wish they were brighter, a little more pop in color.
Or like if you ever go to King.com and play the games, well, there were different levels of an award. For example rather than just an award for voting, have 3 different levels- junior, semi-pro, and grand master. (lol, I just made the names up.)That way there's some kind of progress and status to them. Makes it more fun to accumulate awards too.


Oh and just for the hell of it have a counter of the numbers of consecutives days a person logs on to SL. It'll be fun to see who would have the longest consecutive days of always being here.

Yeahh, I agree with Yang. If they are going to be on out profiles for the whole SL world to see, they need to be eye-catching. And the consecutive day counter would be a great idea =]

Dishonorable mentions would probably get deactivated.

How do you get an award? What are they for? What does it mean? Sorry for all the questions but I was away for a little while & came back to the awards thing & I'm confused. Its cool but I'm still confused.

idk but bad people get deactivated and dishonorable mention is a bad thing,so maybe what the staff did is maybe freeze there accounts so they are plagued with dishonorable mention and they can`t do anything about it.

Well I for one like the awards. The people who get the dishonorable awards prib. deserve them (sorry) but for like one week, then the dishonorable award disappears. Sort of like a penalty box. Everything else is just plain FABULOUS

how many awards are there?

i agree with yang about the different level of awards, like depending on how many votes you give, you're on a different level, so people know who gives out the most votes, also, for how many entries you have, personally i think its awful when people have an entry in every single contest, they seem desperate, haha

Here's another suggestion for SL. On all contests they should have their staffs vote and pick an honorary award. Someone who in their eyes should have won. And award that entry a small prize like a $10-$25 gift card or a small item like a Sugarloot tee shirt signed and autographed by all the cool staffs. It'll make things a little fairer and make SLers post a more honest and better looking entry so they have a chance at winning something even if they don't have a million dailies to support them.

I have a gold voting award & that's it. But I take pride in that award :) Anyways, I really like Yang's ideas.

I think that the highest rated entry awards are special. I think you should give a pize to anyone who has that award! I mean something like the prize of their highest voted entry. There are not many people with that award so this will not cost you that much money

There are levels for the awards. There is bronze, silver and gold.
