It sucks this year because everything is so dry and I'm in the middle of the pit smoke for the cali fires.

For now I'm all ice creamed out.

I'm working! As a camp counselor everyday. So I have to battle the heat constantly :]

I've already gone to the Emergency Room....DRINK LOTS OF WATER GUYS!!!

i am swimmin in the lake jumpin of rocks and goofin off. i water ski in the afternoon with my dad

im leavin for the big apple next week!! im so excited=)

im volunteering at this place that does a bunch of kid summer camps. (its a performing arts center..so they put on miniature productions of musicals) and so i help with all the kids and all. haha.

Aren't kids great? I love my job :]]

Right now, I'm volunteering at my local Humane Society. Usually socializing the dogs and cats but I'm also fostering kittens for them at the moment.
Then, in a few days, I start volunteering for a summer program for autistic kids. It's my moms summer job and she told me they wanted me to take some photographs of everything going on. My brother is also volunteering there but I don't exactly know what he's going to be doing.
Other than that, I'm either eating, sleeping, watching tv, or on the computer. I occasionally take my dogs for a walk but it's summer time & I live in Florida...I'd rather be in the air conditioning.

wow! so many of you guys work with kids! that's awesome and i love the fact that you guys volunteer. are you guys working/volunteering with friends? or is it something that you do on your own?

I've been volunteering at my church with these little 4 yr olds! I love them to death. Each one is so different and amazing! haha I'm so sad tommorow is the last day.

and I chose to do it on my own Nugz.:]

I wish I could work with kids. They are so much fun to hang out with.

I actually don't volunteer, I get paid! lol. It was the ONLY job I could find this summer, but the #1 job I wanted anyway.

Is anyone else finding it really hard to find jobs?

I wish SL would improve the deleting of messages. I gave up deleting messages because it takes so long to delete one at a time. Please improve it so we can all spend more time voting!

I volunteer..it's so fun because they are all ages and right now they are puting on "Wicked" which is cool. =]

Me & my kids went LASER TAGGING today. It was so much fun I almost died.

Plus we infiltrated another camp today with water bombs & launchers. Thus the camo in my default. How intense it that.

I would go to the pool, if it was open. :(
