Please do not down vote, if you do not like my pet entry please skip it. I vote honest 10s on all entries even if I have an entry in the same contest. This is my late baby Iggy, she passed about a year ago. She was the most mild mannered iguana anyone ever owned. I could take her to the petstore to get her nails clipped with her on my shoulder. I could take her outside and walk her without a leash. She would bob her head in excitement when I would get home from work. She was just under 5 feet long when she passed. She was eggbound and did not pass the eggs successfully and did not survive the surgery to remove the eggs. A female iguana being eggbound is often times a problem. Some survive and some cannot, she had successfully passed her eggs on other occasions but not this time. Our vet was hesitant to spay her if she was not eggbound. I miss her tons :( On the brighter side I currently have two new lizards, they are bearded dragons and a Queensland Heeler.
