♪ Hey there. :] I have been on this website for a little over a year now, in high hopes of winning the Clique audition. Time passed, & I've been entering contests for fun. This one appeared, & I have my heart set on it. I want this more than ANYTHING else SugarLoot could possibly offer [except maybe to record in a studio, be offered a record deal...you know]. I love to sing, & have ever since I was a little kid. My family doesn't have a ton of extra money, so I can't spend it on singing lessons along with my flute lessons. Instead, I teach myself what I can, with the help of my friends' advice & what I get out of chorus in school. Sure, I don't sound like Carrie Underwood or Madonna or even Demi Lovato, who sings this. But who really can? This is all about indivuality & uniqueness- not being a carbon copy of someone else. Please vote a 10 for me, or whatever you think suits me. I put a lot more emotion into this song than others I have sung. Mostly because I deeply want to win this contest. But also because the words mean so much to me, & could really be applied to my life right now. Vote, leave me a comment, & I'll return for you. All I ask is that you give me a shot- because right now, it's my time to shine. *******PS PS PS PS :: This would mean SO much to me to win the Grand Prize. Meeting the casting director of The Clique movie would be amazing. You don't get to meet with someone who helps produce movies everyday. & Headshots is just...wow. That could really help set off my dream. You can put them to use for so many things. & Maybe by using those I could gain some really good auditions. But one of the most important other things about going to Los Angeles?? One of my best friends, Reagan, lives near there. & You don't know how meaningful it would be if I could meet up with her. We've talked on this website for a year, & already we feel like we've known each other forever. She's always there for me, & always will be. & I can guarantee that when I meet her, it will probably mean more to us than anybody else will know. So please. Do all you can to help vote my entry to the top. Not only do I want this for myself, but I want it for Reagan as well. Ilysfm. ♫
