September is: Back to School Training Month!
First of all, I would like to inform you that I am not a real modeling agent or agency, and I am not impersonating one either. I am instead, one of the many site modeling agencies on SugarLoot. I am a professional model that wants to prepare girls for what will happen in the real fashion industry.
I prepare girls who have a passion for modeling and who love to model. Each 2 weeks I will provide a theme for which my models should submit 1-2 photos (a commercial and/or editorial photo). After critiquing them all (on what I do and do not like), I will find the commercial and fashion photo that were the best of the bunch. These photos will be posted on my profile and will have a shortened version of the critique.
POLICY: If you are one of my models, and have not submitted a picture to me in at least one of the 5 themes provided (1 1/2 months to 2 1/2 months) you will be asked to leave my agency and not accepted again until the following 5 themes have ended.

Since school is back in session for most of you, I want you to model one of your school supplies. For your commercial shot, you could be doing something like a day at the lockers but for your fashion shot, I want you to take a risk. I want you to take a different school supply, one that is not seen as traditional, and make it fashion.

The main thing about this shoot is making it interesting. As a model, you always want to interest your clients. If you play it safe and do not take risks too many times, there will most likely be consequences. Also, to interest your buyers, I want you to have funny with your wardrobe. Your could take a traditional plaid skirt and roll it up or add a chain. Pair a school button down with a loose tie. Take a pinstripe jumper and throw a polka dotted top with it. Have fun with the wardrobe, I want this to look hardcore. For your hair, make it fun; a crimped side ponytail or crazy curls. For your commercial makeup, I want it simple, something you would wear everyday, but I want you girls to look airbrushed. And for your fashion makeup, I am thinking smoky eyes and hot pink or bright red lips. It is your choice! Have fun and take risks!
