Césca Talent is a new SugarLoot agency willing to help aspiring and promising individuals with their dreams; it being modeling, singing, or acting. In order for an individual to join Césca they need to be truely talented and dedicated. Césca doesnt settle for average. Césca wants their talents to be outstanding, incredible and clearly the best at what they do. The agency is currently new but we are looking for new faces and new talents. Please keep in mind this is just a website any contest or photoshoot idea is done for your entertainment. Our main goal is to make our talents great friends so that they can vote for each other on SugarLoot contests and such. We encourage other agencies, any book authors, and sites in such in need of a site model to look at some of our talents. Book authors should also think about using any of our actors to create a short mini- series with some of the monologues in their books/ novels.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
Q: Who can join Césca Talent?
A: Anybody and everybody as long as they are confident, besides this is just for fun... So who am I to turn down talent? I also believe that if you are applying to this Agency, you do have something to offer therefore everybody is welcome.
Q: Are you an actual agency?
A: Umm no... That would be cool though. I am actually thinking of having a career in the fashion industry when I am older, this is just for me to get a little taste of it before hand.
Q: How can I join Césca?
A: Message us telling us you are interested and we'll message you back telling you if You're In or if You are not.
Q: Will I ever get dropped from the Agency by not participating in events?
A: No but we do encourage our models and actors to participate in the events. We wont drop models or actors from the agency by not participating in events but we will cancel an event if not enough people are participating.
Q: Do you actually live in NYC?
A: Yeah.... I know High Fashion... Woohoo! But it isnt a big deal to me. I would rather live somewhere else, though in 2007 I did get tickets to attend a Fashion Week event.
TASKS:
For Models:
1. Become the face of Césca Talent. Models of the agency are encouraged to send in pictures of themselves in where they are looking very bold and fierce. The picture doesnt have to be too busy the simpler it is the better. What we are looking for is for a simple picture that is still fierce and incredible. Models are encouraged to find inspiration from Adriana Lima, Marylin Monroe, Janice Dickinson, Twiggy, Audrey Hepburn,and Edie Sedgwick (their posing that is). DUE DATE: 1/24/2008
For Actors:
1. First Monologue. Actors are encouraged to send in a video of themselves performing any monologue they desire. The mologue can be from a novel, a movie, a show, or it can be one of their orignal written monologues. DUE DATE:1/24/2008
For Singers:
1. Sing a Song. We are encouraging singers to record themselves singing any of their favorite sing/ tunes. What are we looking for in the videos? TALENT! We want to feel goosebumps on our skin when we hear the singers open their mouths, such goosebumps I am describing are the type Paul Pott gave Simon during his surprising show winning performance. Search YouTube musicians such as Esmee Denters & Savannah7448. DUE DATE: 1/29/2007
RULES: 1. Nude pictures get you disqualified from the task because nude pictures are not allowed.
2. Do not accuse us of descriminating because we dont. We give everybody a fair and equal chance and we mostly take every girl that comes our way. We believe everybody is beautiful in their own way. We dont judge physical appearance, we judge how a person expresses themselves in front of the camera and their body language.
3. Have fun! That's the point of this...
4. Nasty attitudes are not tolerated. We can get nasty right back.
Updates: -As of today, January 13th, the applications for modeling are limited to a few spots. We are going to be super picky about the next couple of girls who apply to be a model because we already have enough models. Singing & acting are still open with a lot of spots... The reason why we have limited the model applictaions is because we want to focus more on making the agency fun for the models that we already have instead of focusing on casting. We love all our talents. They are awesome! We are working on creating a talents section. We are also working on a new photoshoots and monologues ideas... How does a Diva theme sound to Ya'? What should the models do until they wait til' we add all this new stuff to the page? Watch Barvos' Make me a Supermodel... The show is awesome. The best part of it they film it the same week it airs on TV and we the audience get to vote, the competition is also co-ed so we get to see a lot of hot guys in it. :] & <3 Césca

Several people showed interest in singing but we are waiting until they audition to add them to agency. What should you be expecting from Césca???!? Only the best.
