Edward Cullen; Co-star in Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse
My name is Edward Anthony Masen Cullen, and I was born in 1901.
My beloved mother, Elizabeth Masen, loved me dearly. I was the light in her dark life. My father, Edward Snr., was a hard working man, who made just enough money to put food on the table for our small, poor family. My parents and I contracted the Spanish Influenza during an epidemic that devastated nearly the entire state of Illinois in 1918. As I was orphaned and nearly dead, Dr. Carsile Cullen dragged me out of the hospital and bit me.
I thought he was a lunitic, he was losing his mind. What kind of man bites a nearly dead 17 year old boy? And his bite... I remember the heart stopping pain. It was like he stroke a match, and just dropped it right on top of me. It felt like he was burning me alive. While I was screaming and crying, Carsile tried to comfort me. He explained to me what was happening.
I was becoming a vampire.
He told me that my Mother told him to change me before she died. She wanted me to live a long, happy life of immortality. So... Carsile changed me; I was the first human he had ever changed into a vampire.
From that point onward, Carsile raised me as his son, as he was always a father figure to me. But, when Carsile explained that he was living a life where he didn't feast upon humans, I got a little... out of control.
For nearly ten years, I "ran away from home", and lived as a nomad, feasting upon humans. But, I felt like a monster destroying innocent lives. So, I decided to kill only the bad humans. Like, if there was a killer leading a little girl into a dark valley... I'd track the killer down and happily drink his blood.
It was always easy tracking down people, for I had a special ability. I could read human's and nonhuman's minds. It was as easy as breathing! But, it got annoying, for I couldn't just ignore their thoughts. IT was basically like they're speaking to me... or shouting at me. I heard many things I didn't want to hear... the pain of losing a loved one, the evil of many murders, and so on...
When I returned to Carsile, He had changed another human into a vampire. Esme. His mate; his one true love.
Later, he had brought home a dying women; Rosalie. I was ticked off the he had to change her into a vampire, she was always so self centered. Her mind was nothing more than a shallow puddle.
Carsile was careful with his thoughts around me, but I heard in Esme's mind that Carsile was hoping that Rosalie is to me what Esme is to Carsile. That plan didn't work.
I loved Rosalie, but I wasn't in love with her. She was my sister in our small family of vampires.
To keep my mind off of human blood, I decided to find myself a hobby. I remembered how when I was a small child, I loved pianos, so I decided to play that.
Emmett soon joined our family when we were in Denali with Tanya's family. That's also where we found Alice and Jasper.
But when we moved to Forks, Washington, I was about to lose it. The cheif's daughter, Isabella Swan (Bella- she'd correct anyone who used her full name) was my singer. Her blood sang to me, making me wonder how it would feel to press my cold lips againt her warm throat, and just drink every single drop of blood from her.
I was thinking of many ways, many things to say to her to make her follow me to some dark alley or something, just someplace where we were alone. I know she'd come with me, humans found our kind attractive. Even if I did kill her, Carsile would still love me.
Alice, the physic in our family, was keeping tabs on me for that day, making sure I wouldn't kill Bella in a classroom full of children or something. But... I couldn't stand it, so I went back to Denali for about a week with Tanya.
Tanya was... different. She did everything to get me to notice her. She'd flirt with me constantly, but I wasn't interested. I'd let her know that in a gentlemanly fashioned way.
I decided to come back to Forks, and I was positive that I wouldn't kill Bella. I was a little arrogant about it, actually. It was weird, because I couldn't read Bella's mind... it was frustrating. She was the only one EVER who's mind I could not read.
I was trying to protect Bella, the danger magnet, from anything that could hurt her. Soon, after protecting her and saving her a few thousand times, I accidently fell in love with her. The sick part was, she was in love with me, too.
After a nomadic vampire tried to kill her (James) I made a promise to her that I'd be with her no matter what, for as long as she needed me.
But... during her 18th birthday party Alice threw for her, Bella got a paper cut, and Jasper......let's just say, he tried to kill her, and she tripped over a class candle on the floor, and more blood spilled everywhere as she landed on a lot of broken glass, and I thought I was going to kill her, too.
I thought I was a hazard to her, so I left her. I promised her that I would never come back, and it would be like I never existed. So, I ran off to South America.
Alice, naturally, was nagging me to go back to Forks, or she would. I threatened her to not go anywhere near Washington, and to not "watch" Bella with her visions.
A half a year later, I wasn't sure where I was, in a dark cave perhaps, but Rosalie called me. Bella's face was always behind the lid of my eyes... I didn't want to open them, but after the phone rang a few times, I was suddenly concerned for my family, so I answered the phone. Rosalie had told me the Bella was dead.
Long story short, I went to Italy to provoke the Voultri, but then Bella showed up with Alice, so I didn't kill myself... I decided to break my promise and go back to Forks with Bella (if she'd take me back-- I would beg on my knees if I had to) and pretend none of this had ever happen. Pretending none of it had ever happen was next to impossible, so I tried to treat Bella more... special.
When Victoria (James' mate... she was getting revenge on me by killing Bella since I killed James; mate for mate) returned, the Cullens and the Quilette werewolves teamed up to fight her. (Jacob Black, Bella's disgusting werewolf best friend) admitted that he was in love with Bella, as well. Before the fight, he kissed Bella.... and Bella realized she was in love with Jacob Black, too. But she loved me more than him, so she decided to stay with me....
She finally agreed to marry me, but she's afraid of Charlie's reaction to when he finds out his little girl's getting married to a man he hates.

1. Are you the real Edward Cullen?
No, Edward Cullen is a fictional charactor, and I'm sorry to say, I am not Robert Patterson either.
2. Do you know the other people who are making Twilight charactors in real life?
I do, actually. The girl who is acting as Bella... it was her idea.
3. Why did you guys make Sugarloot accounts for the charactors of Twilight? If you guys enter in contests using the actors' pictures, it's cheating, you know.
Good question. We made these accounts for two reasons; we were bored and had nothing better to do, AND to answer any questions from Stephanie Meyer fans. Each of us read the books pratically a million times, and the girl who's acting as Bella made us research our charactor on all the fan sites, and on Stephanie Meyer's website. She even had us google our charactor until we knew almost everything about him/her. If there's any misspellings or if something's not right, tell me, please.
And I know it's cheating if we enter contest using that actors' pictures. None of us have any intentions of entering any contests. We're just here to answer questions, and have somethint to do when we're bored. If any of us do enter any contest, we will use our own pictures.
