TUESDAY DAILIES DONE.

how nice...ONE VOTE brought me down to 9.1 but thats ok cuz i know who did it. but i DID NOT stoop to their level and vote back a 1 [cuz we're in the same contest] i know her name and i know who she is but i choose not to say because i am good person ;D i gave them a 10.

hey guys~ if you want dailies/promotes TELL ME! Also, I delete my comments on my entries ONLY so I can keep track of the 10s I need to return. Don't be offended [even though I doubt anyone is!] oh and i usually do dailies at night =]

I would very much so TRULY appreciate it if you were to give me a 10 on my best peace sign entry! Your question should be “why should I return the 10?” Well here is my answer: If I were to have an iPod Touch I would be able to enjoy the internet much more. Since I don’t have the updated adobe flash player, I can’t see many things on the internet that require it like YOUTUBE and MANY OTHER WEBSITES. I can’t even put music on any profile/listen to it from my computer. It’s not enjoyable and I HATE IT. The reason I don’t have an updated adobe flash player is because in order for it I need high-speed internet. I don’t high-speed internet because I don not have cable/satellite or whatever. My SINGLE mother has a disease that keeps her from working [she was an R.N.] and therefore there are more important things we can use our money for apparently. So please help me. I’m not making ANY of this up. It’s the truth and I’d appreciate it if you’d give it a 10!

JENN is working at the fair all week
I painted my room this past weekend and it's the exact color of Tiffany & Co. blue! I was painting and I was like, "Mom, I live in a jewelry box..."

That's hilarious about your friend!! Haha! I think it's funny that she threatened people cause our Little Red was played as 'the good girl' part of the time, but she was very VERY demonic and threatening in other parts.

That really sucks that your school couldn't do it because it was amazing! I don't know how far you guys got into it (cold read, rehearsals, ect.) but I thought it was really cool how all of the fairy tales were intertwined. Seriously by the end I had forgotten how the real fairy tales (Cinderella, Rapunzel, Little Red Ridinghood, Jack and the Bean Stalk, ect.) were supposed to actually go. The dark humor in the show really added a whole new depth to it. I've always done musicals that were just one level of comedy, but this one had the regular kind of 'level one' comedy, but the second act was darker (It was so cool.

I also don't know how well you know the story.

In the prologue Cinderella expresses her wish to go to the King's Festival but her stepmother and stepsisters scoff at the idea.
Jack's Mother tells him that he must sell his beloved cow, Milky White, for no less than 5 pounds.
Little Red wishes to go to grandmother's house.
And the Baker and his wife are visited by a witch who tells them why they are unable to have children. And they are wishing for a child.

After many events in the woods everyone ends up with what they want and are 'happy'.

In the second act, a giant disrupts their lives. Cinderella ventures back into the woods to find her mother's tree grave. Jack goes to slay the giant, despite his mother's instructions to stay inside. Little Red Ridinghood, after losing her mother and granny, goes to the Baker's house.
The Baker and his wife decide to venture into the woods to hide from the giant and to help Little Red.
As they travel farther into the woods they hear that the castle has been set upon by a giant. After a dramatic, suspense filled scene where the giant threatens them if she does not find Jack, Jack's mother and Rapunzel meet their ends. When the Baker says that he will go search for Jack, the Baker's wife insists that she will go too, leaving their newborn baby with Little Red. After a moment in the woods with Cinderella's Prince and a song about her lessons learned, the Baker's Wife is killed by the giant.
The Witch sings of the beans that her mother had given her in 'Last Midnight' and then dies as well. With only the Baker, Jack, Little Red, and Cinderella left they must try to kill the giant so that it doesn't destroy the whole kingdom. After clubbing her in the head a finale filled with characters coming back from the dead follows. The Baker's Wife's ghost comes back to tell the Baker how to care for his child alone telling him to, "hold him to the light now, let him see the glow. Things will be alright now, tell him what you know." (I cried through that part EVERY night) The witch's ghost then comes back to bring the message "Careful the things you do, children will listen." The Finale brings all the characters back together with the final words of the show being 'I wish...' (At the beginning of the show, in the Prologue, every characters first line was 'I wish')

Something that I also liked was how the songs 'First Midnight', and 'Second Midnight' told random lessons such as 'Slotted spoons don't hold much soup!' haha!!!

I know that this was long, but I couldn't help myself. If you want to know anything else, I'm an Into the Woods expert!!!!
